Torbjörn Sandahl – CEO
Torbjörn Sandahl, born 1968, has extensive experience in banking and various leadership roles within lending, financing, credit risk and IT. His previous experience includes Sales Manager at Sergel, CEO of Ria Nordic/Euronet, COO at Forex Bank, Collections Manager at GE Money Bank, Head of Card Operations at Citibank and various leadership roles at SEB and Dun & Bradstreet.
Sivonne Wahlsten – CFO
Sivonne Wahlsten, born 1977, holds a master's degree in economics with a focus on accounting and finance from Uppsala University. Sivonne has solid experience from the financial sector and has previously worked as CFO at Northmill, Seven Days and Nordiska Bank AB. She has also worked at NOBA Bank, Avida Finans, Marginalen Bank, Citibank and Deloitte.
Johan Sköldekrans – CTO
Johan Sköldekrans, born 1975, has been CTO since 2025. He has held leading roles at Erik Penser Bank AB, where his work has included Lead Developer, Lead Architect and Business Development. Prior to that, Johan spent more than 14 years at Carnegie Investment Bank in roles spanning IT development, architecture and business development within Private Banking and Asset Management.
Markus Landahl – Head of Legal
Markus Landahl, born 1978, has been Head of Legal since 2025. He was previously General Counsel at Jula Group and holds a law degree from Uppsala University.
Lotta Domonkos – CEO, Fimento AB
Lotta Domonkos, born 1984, has been CEO of Fimento AB and a member of the group management team since 2025. She was previously Director BFSI Nordic at Qinshift (later Avenga) and holds a master's degree from Stockholm University.
Daniel Laiti – Head of Business Development
Daniel Laiti, born 1976, has been Head of Business Development since 2024. He is a co-founder of Bynk AB (now Rocker AB) and evoli AB, where he has served as chairman of the board. Bynk AB was acquired by Nordiska Bank and evoli AB by Söderberg & Partners / Sensor Försäkring. Daniel holds a degree in engineering from Luleå University of Technology, with further education at Duke Corporate Education and IE Business School.
Mathias Johansson – AI & Digital Strategy Lead
Mathias Johansson, born 1980, has been AI & Digital Strategy Lead since 2024. He is a co-founder of Lendo AB, Bynk AB (now Rocker AB) and evoli AB, where he has also been a member of the management teams. Mathias has studied engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

Karl Bodén – Chairman
Karl Bodén, born 1974, holds a law degree from Uppsala University. Karl is a practising attorney and has experience as chairman through his current chairmanships in CMI Group AB, Pensum Asset Management AB, Bioteria Technologies AB and Järven Ecotech AB. He also holds several board positions as a member, including PEQ AB, Property Invest & Development i Stockholm AB and Jakobsbergsgatan Invest AB.
Kristina Lukes
Kristina Lukes, born 1977, holds a master's degree in economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Kristina has solid expertise in marketing, change management and innovation within consumer goods and retail. She has served as CEO of Nelly Group AB (Nasdaq) and in senior leadership roles at Paulig Foods/Santa Maria, Orkla and Unilever. Kristina is a board member of Mecenat AB and a former board member of CDON AB.
Carl-Olof By
Carl-Olof By, born 1945, holds a master's degree in Political Science (Fil. Politicies) from Uppsala University. Carl-Olof has served as CFO and Deputy CEO at AB Industrivärden and CFO at Investment AB Promotion/Bahco. Carl-Olof is chairman of Industrial Development Partners (Stockholm) AB and a board member of LIBU INVEST AB. Previously, Carl-Olof was a board member of, among others, Nasdaq Nordic Limited, Isaberg AB and AB KnowIT.
Anders Nyberg
Anders Nyberg, born 1951, holds a law degree from Uppsala University. Anders has previously served as Deputy CEO and General Counsel at Industrivärden and as General Counsel at SCA. He has also been a board member of a large number of SCA's Swedish and foreign subsidiaries, including chairman of the finance company and the insurance business.
Ola Helgesson
Ola Helgesson, born 1968, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. He has extensive experience in operations management, logistics, finance and financing, and has previously held CFO roles at Jula Holding, Stena and Axfood. He is currently CEO of Wästgöta Finans and chairman of Jula Holding AB's joint pension foundation, positions he will leave in September 2026.
